Katherine Jackson Gets Custody of MJ’s Kids

Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, has drafted an agreement with Deborah Rowe that designates Jackson as the guardian of the pop legend’s three children and allows Rowe visitation rights with the older two children.

The agreement, which will be presented to a Los Angeles superior court for approval Aug. 3, allows Rowe to visit with the two older children, to whom she gave birth while married to Michael Jackson. "Now I can make my dream come true," Cindy said after winning the first place prize. "This whole journey has meant the world to me. I have learned I can be a model and I am as good as anybody else. It doesn’t matter where you have been in life, it doesn’t determine where you can go."

In the second season the ladies were judged in four different categories; aesthetic beauty, how badly they wanted it, what they were willing to learn, and what choices they made to allow the judges to see the supermodel within.

New Details on Upcoming Episodes: Will ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ Get a New Title?

A TLC exec is telling all to ET about what to expect for new episodes of the hit reality show "Jon & Kate Plus Eight," following Jon and Kate Gosselin‘s decision to split up.

The show will not get a new title. TLC President and GM Eileen O’Neill tells ET, "The family is the family, so it is ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8.’"

"It is a really sensitive situation they are in, so we are going to monitor it case by case," O’Neill says of the show’s shooting schedule following the couple’s divorce announcement earlier this summer. "We chose to take a hiatus a couple of months ago, anticipating they would need some space. We are going to do what is best for the family."
