Wife Texts Husband That She Took In A Stray Dog, When He Sees It’s A Coyote He FLIPS

One of the best parts of being in a relationship is getting to mess with your partner a little.

After being together for so long, you start to learn what each other’s buttons are and occasionally take pleasure in purposefully pushing them for your own entertainment. While it can sometimes be a mean thing to do to your other half, it can also end in absolute hilarity — case in point, this married couple from Seaside, Oregon.

When Justin Bogh received a text from his wife, Kayla Eby, about a stray dog she found and brought inside their home, he quickly began to panic. From the photos, he knew it was actually a wild coyote. What he didn’t know, however, was that his wife was completely trolling him.

With the help of some friends, Eby used Photoshop to make it look like the coyote was right next to their son, Olly.

Understandably, Bogh started freaking out.

They Stumbled Across Something In The Snow What It Was Will Shock You

This family was walking home when, suddenly, they stumbled across a lump in the snow. Unsure what it was, they began digging and digging until finally they happened upon a cat that was buried beneath. The cat was frozen and they had assumed all hope was lost, but they attempted to rescue it anyway.

Miraculously, due to their efforts, the kitten survived!

The kitten was found and was described as “lifeless, but not stiff.”

They used CPR after warming the kitten up to revive it from its frozen state.

Here is a video of the whole rescue (prepare for warm fuzzies):

(via Bored Panda)

This little miracle was promptly named Lazarus and adopted by the family who brought him back to life. Maybe this kitten will hold the key to the cryogenic freezing technology that has appeared in sci-fi movies for the past few decades!

The First Picture Shocked Me. But Not Nearly As Much As The Next Five… Whoa.

Agee is unlike any other polar bear you’d ever see in captivity or in the wild. Her best friend is her human animal trainer, Mark Abbot Dumas. He took her in and began hand-raising her when she was only a tiny cub. Now, he can wrestle, play and train her while completely trusting her. Not everyone can take a long nap with a polar bear after a long day of work.

Mark Abbot Dumas is the only person you’ll see in a position like this.

Barcroft USA

Honestly, Mark is the only man in the world who can touch a polar bear in this way.

Barcroft USA

But taking a little swim with Agee the bear is completely normal for Mark.

Barcroft USA

Mark and the 800lb bear are very close and share a lot of trust.

Barcroft USA

The trainer and his wife Dawn took in and trained Agee when she was only just eight weeks old.

Barcroft USA

She was a surplus cub at Kolmarden Zoo, Sweden. Instead of staying in a zoo, she was taken into a family and trained to be in movies.

Agee performs a variety of commands for Mark, but in exchange for her favorite treats. She loves to chow down on steak, cookies, salmon and chocolates. Her trainer believes that she actually loves her work. “They are extremely intelligent animals and you can see she gets enjoyment out of being stimulated through her work.” She could have never lived in the wild, so it’s important to keep her busy. Her work and play with Mark makes her happy (even if she does get a little jealous when she sees him working with other women). Via Daily Mail Agee is pretty fantastic, share this wonderful polar bear with your friends by clicking on the button below.

Watching This Video Of A Sea Lion Eating A Shark Will Leave Your Jaw On The Ground

We all think of sharks as the top predators of the sea. They are lean, mean, chomping machines. They’ve had several movies written and produced about them, several documentaries, heck, Discovery Channel has a whole week dedicated to them every year.

But when you see this gang of sea lions take down some sharks, you will start to second-guess their position at the top of the sea’s food chain. This video was taken aboard The Western Pride out of Davey’s Locker Sportfishing and Whale Watching in Newport Beach, CA.

Move over, sharks, sea lions are top dog now.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

I Thought I Knew Dogs Until I Learned These 20 Little Known Facts. They’re All Amazing.

Through out history man has always had a trusty companion by his site, a creature so attached to us it’s called man’s best friend. I’m speaking of dogs of course, but how much do you know about our four legged friends? You probably know they go “woof” and love to chew on bones, but I’m sure you didn’t know most of these crazy facts about dogs:

1) Stray dogs in Russia have figured out how to use the subway system in order to travel to more populated areas in search of food.

2) Dogs don’t enjoy being hugged as much as humans and primates do. Canines interpret putting a limb over another animal as a sign of dominance.

3) Two stray dogs in Afghanistan saved 50 American soliders. A Facebook group raised $21,000 to bring the dogs back to the US and reunite them with the soldiers.

4) “A day in the Life” by The Beatles has an extra high-pitched whistle, audible only to dogs. It was recorded by Paul McCartney for the enjoyment of his Shetland sheepdog.

5) This cute dog, Nesbit, earned over one million Delta airline miles in his life and even had his own frequent flier card.

6) One of Michael VickÆs former fighting dogs, Leo, went on to be a therapy dog who comforted dying children.

7) Service dogs are trained to know when they are on duty. When their harness is on, they know it’s business time. When you take it off, the pups immediately become playful and energetic.

8) Tiger Woods stuttered as a child and used to talk to his dog until he fell asleep in an effort to get rid of it.

9) Seeing eye dogs pee and poo on command so that their owners can clean up after them. Male dogs are also trained to do their business without lifting their leg.

10) In ancient China, an emperor’s last line of defense was a small Pekingese dog literally hidden up his sleeve.

11) When Lord Byron was informed that his dog was not allowed to come with him to Cambridge Trinity College, he retaliated by bringing a bear instead.

12) During the 1860s, in San Francisco, two stray dogs who were best friends became local celebrities. Their exploits were celebrated in local papers and they were granted immunity from the city’s dog catchers.

13) There is this crazy dog-shaped building in New Zealand.

14) This dog, Naki’o, lost all of his legs to frostbite in Colorado, but now has four prosthetic legs and can run around like normal.

15) The wetness of a dog’s nose is essential for determining what direction a smell is coming from.

16) Hyenas aren’t actually dogs. They are more closely related to cats.

17) Spiked dog collars were invented by the ancient Greeks and were originally designed to protect dogs throats from wolf attacks.

18) Baks the blind boxer has a seeing eye goose named Buttons. Buttons the four-year-old goose leads her pup around everywhere either by hanging onto him with her neck, or by honking to tell him which way to go.

19) Frito Feet is the name of the phenomenon in which the bacteria on a dog’s paws cause them to smell like corn chips. Because a dog’s feet are in constant contact with the ground, they pick up tons of microorganisms in their paws. When dogs cool off by sweating through the pads of their feet, the combo of moisture and bacteria releases a nutty, popcorn-like aroma.

20) Dogs drink water by using forming the back of their tongue into a mini cup.

This Smart Genet In South Africa Grabs Rides With His Bigger Buddies.

The Wildlife Act Team employs several cameras throughout different South African deserts as part of their animal monitoring system. And there’s one cute critter who can’t seem to get enough of the limelight.

At the Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park (HiP), a genet (a small wildcat-like animal) is delighting crew members who discovered his unusual way of getting around at night.

He hitches a ride with his much larger friend, this buffalo.

This way, the genet stays safe and gets a great view of the desert.

Wildlife Act’s director Dr. Simon Morgan explains the mutual benefit for the buffalo likely comes when the genet helps him out with bugs by his ears.

Which might be why this rhino enjoys his company as well!

Wildlife Act is positive this is the same genet grabbing another ride from a big buddy.

They joke about the animals being in a silly love triangle.

You can see in this photo of the three together (the genet is by the buffalo’s legs) that tensions do seem a bit high.

The trio simply went their separate ways, and the genet got a lift.

The more I see images of wildlife, the more I understand Disney movies. Those cartoons really don’t seem like much of a stretch when it comes to these adorable friendships.

Seeing This Is All I Needed Today. What This Boy With Autism And His Dog Do Is Priceless.

One reddit user recently shared these magical photos of his autistic son and the amazing bond he has with his service dog, Tucker. As a companion dog Tucker’s job is to provide a bridge for a child with autism to connect with the world. Autism service dogs provide a sense of security and they help keep kids calm in new or fearful situations. They can be an ice breaker in social or school settings – you’re the kid with the dog, not the kid with autism. Each companion dog is trained to meet the unique needs of the child they are paired with. Be it autism like in this case or to help a child with poor motor skills, to help steady and brace them or even be there to give them something soft to land on should they stumble and fall. Dogs really are man’s best friend!

Tucker and his little master/best friend have a very special bond. They go on the trampoline together.

They cuddle in the car together.

They go trick or treating together.

They go to the movies together.

They go to the store together.

They opened Christmas presents together.

They hide out during boring IEP meetings together (IEP = Individualized Education Program).

They enjoy breakfast on the patio at the family’s favorite restaurant together.

They enjoy breakfast at the house together.

They play at the dog park together.

Tucker really is a part of their family.

Here’s Tucker all tuckered out from being a good dog.

In short, Tucker is one cool dog.

For this young boy with autism, Tucker serves as a loyal and constant friend who doesn’t judge and provides unconditional companionship. All he asks for in return is love…and the occasional treat. 😉 Source: reddit Share Tucker’s inspirational story with your friends below.
