‘The Tomahawk of Justice!’ Elizabeth Warren stars in comic book [pic]

Superman? Batman? X-Men? Eat your hearts out:

More from The Boston Globe:

Storm Entertainment, which publishes Female Force, a comic book series about empowering women, has released Female Force: Elizabeth Warren in print and digital. The product description of the 24-page book written by Michael Frizell and illustrated byVincenzo Sansone and Chris Canibano says: From modest means to the Massachusetts Senate, Elizabeth Warren has proven herself a powerful advocate for the middle class. Her plainspoken approach and dogged attacks on Wall Street have resonated with voters looking for someone who understands the crush of debt and the shackles imposed by student loans. STORM is proud to present this graphic nonfiction portrayal of her rise to power.

“Female Force” is fine and all, but wouldn’t this be better?

That’s more like it!

What This Company Did With Its Employees Is Beyond Awesome. Can I Do This Too?

Nexen is a Canadian energy company based in Calgary. If that sounds to you like the most boring place in the entire world to work, you’d be wrong. How is that possible?

Well, would a boring company have the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people dressed as Batman? I didn’t think so. Not only did the Nexen company break one of the coolest World Records, they doubled it. With their 542 employees, they made a gathering of 250 people dressed as Batman seem like child’s play. Take a look at this crowning achievement in Canadian energy history!

A Guinness World Record official tallies the employees.

That’s a lot of people dressed as Batman.

Why so interested in ruining your company’s chances at getting a world record?

Looks like that one Joker was no match for 542 people dressed as Batman.

Congratulations, Nexen!

(via Elite Daily)

Talk about a great day at the office. They may not be the heroes the Guinness Book of World Records deserves, but they’re the ones they needed. Keep on having fun at work, Nexen, and please keep providing the people of Canada with energy.
